AI Calling Agents provides an AI-powered calling platform that enables businesses to:

  • Create and manage AI calling agents
  • Automate outbound calling campaigns
  • Handle customer inquiries and support
  • Generate call transcripts and analytics
  • Integrate with existing business systems

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or make unwanted calls
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities

5. Payment Terms

Our Service operates on a subscription basis. Payment terms include:

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees as published
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Payment processing through secure third-party providers
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services
  • Price changes with 30 days advance notice

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Calling Agents and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create using our Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content to provide the Service.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide:

  • 99.9% uptime target (excluding scheduled maintenance)
  • 24/7 technical support for enterprise customers
  • Regular system updates and improvements
  • Backup and disaster recovery procedures

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Calling Agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Damages resulting from third-party actions
  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Calling Agents, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • By providing 30 days written notice
  • Immediately for material breach of these Terms
  • Upon non-payment of fees
  • For violation of acceptable use policies

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
